He continues to specialize in special and impaired risk underwriting giving him detailed knowledge of how insurance carriers view specific risks and which carriers are most favorable with specific personal and financial history. Who We Are

A highly principled man, David Huck became a licensed agent over 10 years ago. He began his career as a traditional life insurance agent for a major insurance carrier. He soon found himself torn between the limits of a captive agent-insurer relationship and what was ultimately best for his clients. Soon after, he became part of one of the first online life insurance brokerages. There he learned about the many insurance carriers, their strengths, and their preferences as well as their competitiveness in special or impaired health risk underwriting. He managed over 100 agents as the online brokerage wrote 7,000 or more applications per month. As the "go-to-guy" for hard to insure cases, David gained experience and vital knowledge of the diversities in medical underwriting. David branched out on his own in 2003 to put his valuable knowledge and understanding of special and impaired health risk cases to use for his clients across the nation.

He works to get the best rates by "shopping" cases and getting underwriters to evaluate clients as individuals, not as statistics.
